Roles in LEDARS:
1. Responsible to apply of all administrative rules, regulations and process in all levels
2. Project utilization of project staff
3. Coordination all field level , local and district level
4. Monitoring of project base all staff field level activities
5. Facilitate to field visit to the donor and another person/ organization
6. Responsible for organizing training for beneficiaries and staff
7. Ensure participation of all stakeholders in the project
8. Provide all types of necessary support to the team
9. Facilitate community led approach
Responsible to prepare a progress reprot
Education and Experience:
M.A. In Bengali.
Have 16 years working experience in the development sector.
