As per the implementation strategies, LEDARS organize a Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) workshop under the project “Emergency assistance to highly vulnerable HHs affected by Cyclone Amphan and Covid-19 in Satkhira District, Bangladesh”. The maximum interventions of this project have already been completed that have implemented during the period from June to August 2020. At the end of the project period, a day-long workshop on Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) has been conducted with the facilitation of Mr. Patric Palma, Emergency Response Manager, Christian Aid. Executive Director, LEDARS were inaugurated the workshop. The team is collecting data of 10% beneficiaries by using the KOBO questionnaires. Distribution effectiveness will be measured based on the needs and standard of distributed items and money, operational procedure, access to participate at the same time will be measured the accountability and transparency.
