In order to analyze the last year achievements, learning, challenges, and way forward to overcome of those challenges. LEDARS organized its Yearly Retreat 2022 in the historic Amrakanon (Mango Orchard) of Mujibnagar, Meherpur. It was a three day program which began on 15th February and ended on 17th February, 2022. Mujibnagar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Mr. Sujan Sarkar was present as the chief guest at the closing and award giving ceremony in the evening.
Round the year LEDARS organized diversified program under different project. As growing organization. LEDARS analysis its program, achievements, learnings and way forward in the retreat. Yearly activities and achievements were displayed through different festoons and dialogues. Ms. Sujata Rani Mistry, Treasurer of the Executive Committee of LEDARS, presided over the inaugural session. All staff of LEDARS and Executive Committee members were present the retreat. The Chief Guest handed over the Best Employee 2021 Award and certificate.
