Mr. Ranajit Kumar Mondal is the Team Leader of the PROTECT L&D (Promoting Resilience and Outreach for Community Transformation with Loss and Damage Mitigation) project at LEDARS. With 32 years of extensive experience in the development sector and a Bachelor of Social Science degree, he has been a transformative figure in driving community resilience and organizational growth. In his role, he provides strategic guidance to the management team for capacity building and effective project implementation. He leads research and survey teams on critical local issues, collaborates with organizations and universities to establish partnerships, and ensures seamless communication with donors and stakeholders.
Mr. Ranajit is skilled in facilitating field visits for donors, journalists, and other stakeholders, as well as preparing comprehensive reports, case studies, and documentation for various audiences. His expertise in organizing national and international events, monitoring and evaluation, and preserving critical project data underscores his commitment to excellence.
