Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for supporting LEDARS. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering communities and advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Donations received through this platform directly support our charitable programs and community-based projects.

We kindly ask that donors ensure they are making a contribution intentionally to LEDARS’ charitable initiatives.

Refund Eligibility:

LEDARS offers a refund only in the event of a genuine error, such as:

• Duplicate transactions
• Excess donations due to technical or payment gateway issues

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, the donor must notify LEDARS in writing (via email or letter) within 10 calendar days from the date of the original donation. Please include:

• Full name
• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• Transaction ID or reference number
• Reason for refund request
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 calendar days from the date of receiving the request.

Important Notes

• Refunds will be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
• Refund amounts will be adjusted based on the current currency exchange rates at the time of processing.
