Ms. Sharmin Ara Lina is the Team Leader for the Strengthening Transformative Action for Resilience (STAR) project at LEDARS. She holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and Policies from Khulna University, complemented by over a decade of professional experience in the development sector since 2013. Ms. Lina has a strong background in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) and has worked extensively in women’s empowerment, livelihoods, gender and safeguarding, village savings and loans, and adult education. She is adept at serving as a liaison between government and non-government stakeholders, fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
Known for her loyalty, punctuality, adaptability, and leadership skills, Ms. Lina is committed to driving meaningful impact through her work. Her proactive approach, ability to learn from feedback, and dedication to achieving targets make her a valuable leader.
