This is Rekha Khatun. Working as a Team for the "Strengthening Livelihood Security of Climate Change Vulnerable People" project at LEDARS. Key responsibilities of a Team Leader are develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals and objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the team to ensure high performance. Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress. Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback. Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects. Provide training and mentorship to team members. Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, local communities, donors, and partners. Represent the NGO at meetings, workshops, and other events.
