Throughout his career, he has served in key roles, including Administrative Officer and Project Coordinator, gaining extensive expertise in program management, administration, and leadership.
Mr. Mondal leads program implementation with a focus on sustainability, equity, and resilience. He is responsible for preparing comprehensive project reports aligned with organizational and donor requirements. His work includes financial oversight to ensure the qualitative and quantitative delivery of programs, maintaining a balance between resource efficiency and program impact.
