This committee shapes policies and appoints a full-time Executive Director accountable for policy implementation. Supported by a committed and skilled staff, the Executive Director, as the organization's CEO, serves as both a member-secretary of the Executive Committee and a crucial link between policy formulation and execution. The Executive Director oversees operational activities, staff management, activity monitoring, and donor communication on behalf of both the Executive and General Committees.

These team members collaborate closely to uphold financial standards. LEDARS employs Tally Premium accounts software to maintain a standardized financial system. All organizational purchases are overseen by a dedicated purchase committee. Additionally, a budget committee, led by the treasurer, is tasked with creating and approving yearly and quarterly budgets.

Transparency is a core value at LEDARS, reflected in our robust internal financial management system. We meticulously document donor funds and expenditures, subjecting our finances to regular external and internal audits. A financial expert provides ongoing oversight to ensure financial integrity throughout project durations.
