Mr. Shubrato Adhikary serves as the Project Coordinator for the "Community Based Resilience, Women’s Empowerment and Action (CREA)" project at LEDARS. With 17 years of extensive experience in the development sector, he brings exceptional expertise in program management, strategic planning, and community engagement.
In his role, Mr. Adhikary ensures the effective implementation of project activities, aligning with the strategic vision and goals of the CREA project. He oversees the development and execution of project deliverables, leads planning and monitoring processes, and mentors team members to maintain high standards of project outcomes. His responsibilities include preparing documentation and reports on events, learning, processes, and impacts, ensuring timely communication with donor agencies.
A key aspect of his work involves coordinating with stakeholders at Union, Upazila, and District levels, fostering collaboration for impactful results. His hands-on approach includes regular field visits to monitor activities and mobilize staff to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Mr. Adhikary holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and is deeply committed to promoting resilience, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development in climate- vulnerable communities. His leadership and dedication drive transformative change through the CREA project.
