To strengthen local nutrition governance, LEDARS provided technical and financial support to organize 𝗨𝗽𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 (𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗖) meetings in 𝗦𝗵𝘆𝗮𝗺𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗷 𝘂𝗽𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗸𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 under the Climate Action at Local Level (CALL) project. The UNCC is a government platform designed to coordinate nutrition actions across departments. However, in many areas, it remains inactive. Through this initiative, LEDARS is helping to 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘀 so they can effectively serve communities.

• Strong 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗥𝗢𝗜) in nutrition interventions
