𝗢𝗻 𝟵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 meet with 𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗾, 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁(𝗠𝗣) from 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗸𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗮–𝟮, has extended heartfelt congratulations and floral greetings.  following the 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

During a recent courtesy meeting, representatives from 𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗣 and shared insights into the organization’s ongoing initiatives aimed at 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀. On this occasion, 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, challenges, and opportunities faced by coastal populations was handed over to the Honorable MP. He kindly received the memorandum and assured that necessary steps would be taken regarding the issues raised.

𝗠𝗿. 𝗠𝗣. 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗾 stated that protecting the livelihoods and environment of coastal communities is one of the pressing challenges of our time. He noted that the government has been implementing various programs for the 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, and emphasized that collaboration between the government and non-governmental development organizations can significantly accelerate progress. He also acknowledged the important role organizations like LEDARS play in standing beside coastal communities.

The meeting was attended by Asit Mondol, Internal Auditor of LEDARS; Fazlur Rahman, Project Coordinator; and Bipasha Adhikari, Advocacy and Capacity Building Officer.

Together, through collective action and shared commitment, we believe it is 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵.
