LEDARS organized a 3 day long 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟕–𝟗 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 for 𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐄 (𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠-𝐮𝐩 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭)  project on 7-9 October 2025 at CSS Ava Center, Khulna. This flagship program has been implementing in Satkhira, Khulna and Bagerhat district funded by 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟, UK.

The training was inaugurated by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐁𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥,Additional Deputy Commissioner (General), Khulna District, and was gracefully chaired by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐧 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥, Executive Director, 𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐒.

This training aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity and enhancing the professional skills of 𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐒 team members to ensure more effective, efficient, and sustainable program implementation.

Ths session highliguts, Climate Change Science, Adaptation, Mitigation, Resilient Agriculture, crop diversification, WASH, conflict sensitivity, etc. The sessions were facilitated by 𝐌𝐝. 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐤 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧, Additional Deputy Director, Crop Department, Agriculture Extension, Khulna Region, Mr. Koushik Roy, Md. Bulbul Hossain, Mr. Asit Mondal, Mr. Pintu Dutta, Ms. Sharmin Akter Lina, Mr. Joydeb Jodder, ZBM Zakaria and Mohon Kumar Mondal, along with other expert facilitators from 𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐒.

Staff members from RISE program and senior staff of other important projects attended the training. The training program actively engaged in discussions, group exercises, and case analyses throughout the training, making it a truly collaborative learning experience. It is worth mentioned that the RISE project has been implementing in Mongla (Bagerhat) Koyra and Dacope (Khulna) and Shyamnagar (Satkhira) districts.
