On 𝟭𝟰 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗦 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀  among forest-dependent families under the project “𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘀,” supported by the Meridian Institute and implemented in collaboration with the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵 (𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗕).

Led by Project Team Leader Rekha Khatun and chaired by Mr. Md. Showkat Hossain, Administrative Officer of LEDARS, the event highlighted how resilient and ecological agriculture can help communities cope with climate change challenges. 🌍

Participants, including Md. Raihan Kabir (Head of Accounts) and Goura Pada Biswas (Technical Officer), joined the initiative to support women and families in embracing climate-smart livelihoods.

👩‍🌾 Beneficiaries received 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘁𝘀, 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀 — promoting both nutrition and sustainable cultivation in the vulnerable coastal belt.

This initiative strengthens 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 to lead the way in building climate-resilient communities.
